On February 20, 2024, Changi International Airport (CAI) and Cam Ranh International Terminal Joint Stock Company (CRTC) signed an important cooperation agreement. Under this agreement, CAI will be responsible for managing non-aviation business activities at Cam Ranh International Terminal T2, as well as supporting the development of international flight routes.

During the cooperation signing ceremony, Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, Chairman of CRTC stated that: "Changi International Airport is known for its impeccable service quality. This partnership between CAI and CRTC marks an important milestone in bringing advanced modern technology and elements to improve service quality, which will help CRTC quickly connect with airlines and airports around the world"

Over the next five years, CAI will work in collaboration with CRTC to accelerate revenue growth and enhance the passenger experience at Cam Ranh International Passenger Terminal T2. The agreement can be extended for another five years, creating conditions for sustainable and long-term development for both parties.
