Corporate Social Responsibility

Follow this mainspring, IPPG takes our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) alongside our business operation. For such, the conglomerate has created thousands of jobs, boosted corporate tax duties for the nation, and effectively raised brand awareness and competitive position for the Group and Vietnamese-made products in particular by endowing competitions for Vietnamese products and events promoted national community and national culture.

Our professional environment has supported and empowered women equality and professional developments as of 60% of IPPG employees are women and the number of women in managerial leading positions has reached 70%.

Our strong effort in CSR in improving society for the better including building shelters and schools for children and teachers in poor rural areas, supporting charity funds and philanthropic bodies, supporting in building houses for families whom served at the country's revolution, sponsoring for underprivileged students in 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam, contributing in the welfare for improving areas from environmental degradation. 

The total sum for all CSR activities is USD 5.4 Million in value over 2010 - 2016.

Moreover, our Chairman takes roles at some philanthropic bodies as:

  • Commissioner of the "National Fund for Vietnamese Children" which is chaired by Madame Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh - the Vice President of The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
  • Deputy Chief of “For the beloved Hoang Sa & Truong Sa Island” Body which Madame Truong My Hoa - the former Vice President of The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, is the Chief.
  • Commissioner of Da Lat University Council appointed by Minister of Education and Training.

    • Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - IPPG Representative – Ha Noi Branch donated 2.5 billion VND to “Spring for Children” Gala of National Fund for Vietnamese Children in 2017.

    • IPPG’s Chairman and CEO donated 2 billion VND to National Fund for Vietnamese Children in 2015 in occasion of IPPG’s 30th year celebration.

    • Mr.Johnathan Hanh Nguyen represented IPPG to donate 1 billion VND to National Fund for Vietnamese Children.
