Entrepreneur Thuy Tien shared and inspired during the exchange with outstanding Vietnamese entrepreneurs, the Announcement and Honoring Ceremony of Vietnam's Strong Brand 2022.

On October 12, 2022, VnEconomy - Vietnam Economic Times held the launching Ceremony of VnEconomy Digital Newsroom and digital release of press publications on the E-commerce platform for central press release, exchange program with excellent Vietnamese businessmen, and Ceremony to announce and honor Vietnam Strong Brand 2022.

Within the framework of the Vietnam Strong Brand Program 2022, a special Talk Show with outstanding Vietnamese entrepreneurs was also organized, with the topic "Aspirations to Create and Develop Green Brands in Vietnam." Entrepreneur Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT, and Mrs. Le Hong Thuy Tien, CEO of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), both participated in the talk show.

Mrs. Thuy Tien emphasized the importance of digital transformation for each and every business. Regarding her organization, IPPG, it quickly recovered and achieved impressive sales growth right after the pandemic, thanks to the strategy of retaining employees and customers …

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, according to Mrs. Le Hong Thuy Tien, IPPG was considering digital transformation and how to maintain its 25 member companies working efficiently. For example, management could access all of the data and analytics online. Hence, when the pandemic hit, more than 1,500 stores across the system, as well as other unfinished projects, only needed to adjust their online operations slightly.

"As a retail company with 25,000 employees, we always prioritize employee safety because our employees are a valuable asset. Employees in the retail business, in particular, require training. We have spent a lot of time training, and the training must include the evaluation of international brands," - Mrs. Le Hong Thuy Tien emphasized that technology has created very convenient programs for online sales. She also stated that the current trend is competition, so finding low-cost technology to serve the retail industry is extremely important.

Along with that, it is necessary to follow all standards, such as consuming green, and selecting fashion brands that use materials that are environmentally friendly.  Despite the higher cost, this will contribute to the growth of green businesses. Additionally, the CEO of IPPG urges start-ups to adhere to this criterion, which leads to the creation of a green business brand.

During the talk show, businessman Thuy Tien motivated and inspired the business community, inspiring Vietnamese entrepreneurs to overcome challenges, create new successful values, and unite to realize the Vietnamese people's prosperous and powerful aspirations.
