- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – required.
- Strong skills in drafting documents, reports, and strategic materials in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in office applications and work-support software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Certificate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, Law, or related fields.

Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Directly support and advise the CEO on matters related to operations, management, and the implementation of the Group’s strategic business projects.
- Ensure absolute confidentiality in all activities, demonstrating prudence, responsibility, and professionalism in task execution.
- Act as an effective liaison between the CEO and the Executive Board, strategic partners, key clients, and internal management levels.
- Represent the CEO in conveying messages, directions, and responses to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
- Communicate and interact with partners on behalf of the Group, ensuring courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to assignments from the CEO, including a reasonable scope of personal support tasks.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO’s office and internal departments, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient communication.
- Provide consultation to management levels on operational matters and convey strategic proposals or ideas to the CEO.
- Maintain and develop relationships with business partners, investors, government authorities, and external organizations.
- Prepare documents for meetings, conferences, and major events involving the CEO.
- Evaluate and provide advice on investment projects, feasibility studies, business strategies, marketing, finance, and market development.
- Review legal, financial, and strategic planning documents prior to submission to the CEO.
- Draft speeches, communication messages, and promotional materials for the CEO at public events.
- Manage ad-hoc reports and special projects assigned directly by the CEO.
- Support the development of strategic plans for subsidiaries and joint ventures to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Standardize and proofread Vietnamese and English documents before official release.
- Filter information, propose meeting schedules, and prepare discussion content for the CEO’s review.
- Participate in and support key investment projects of the Group, such as airport, F&B, and REX projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned directly by the CEO.
