Description

1. Operations Manager responsibilities include:

  • Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
  • Monitoring and improving daily functions
  • Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Building processes based on our business goals
  • Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures

2. What does an Operations Manager do?

  • If you have experience in the same or similar role, be able to forecast, plan, manage all F&B orders, staff, finance and set goals to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.

Responsibility

 

1. Responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance

2. Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of F&B/Café store set-up & management, operations management.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Experience with forecasting models
  • Experience with databases and project management software
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with K-Pop/ Idol cultural trends
