1. Operations Manager responsibilities include:
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Monitoring and improving daily functions
- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Building processes based on our business goals
- Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures
2. What does an Operations Manager do?
- If you have experience in the same or similar role, be able to forecast, plan, manage all F&B orders, staff, finance and set goals to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.

1. Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
2. Requirements
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of F&B/Café store set-up & management, operations management.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Experience with forecasting models
- Experience with databases and project management software
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with K-Pop/ Idol cultural trends
