Description
1. Business development:
- Responsible for eDiGi strategy and expansion in both the long term and short team.
- Responsible for setting up new locations, businesses in every aspect such as location, market research, agreement, finance, training, personnel.
- Responsible for the overall direction and daily management.
- Responsible for annual and long term profitability and competitiveness.
- Build eDiGi brand.
- Drive, enable and monitor the achievement of operational and financial results.
- Manage /monitor capital budget, identify and track capital improvements.
- Capture the market potential by accelerating store development and optimizing operating costs.
- Business Planning and financial forecasting.
- Creating business proposals for presentation to the BOD.
- Setting up appropriate personnel structures.
- Project Planning.
- Ensuring proper systems and processes are in place to efficiently manage and control the quality and performance of the store.
- Setting KPIs; specifically related to spend per head, labour efficiency, product turn, revenue, and profit targets.
2. Product Management:
- Work with a team in product positioning, benchmarking against a major brand competitor.
- Strategically analyze, launching those with high market potential, and terminating non-profitable ones, maintaining cost control as the end result.
- Launch products with principals and sales team leaders effectively to target relevant market segment and control for success.
- Stay abreast of competition, monitor market trends consistently, client feedback, plan, implement and adopt appropriate strategies.
- Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
- Work with the Sales team leader to develop product sales strategies.
- Gather product market data by calling on customers with field staff and evaluating sales call results.
- Roll out promotional activities plan, conduct product presentations, assist and support in-services, and develop training programs for selected agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments to principals.
