Over 5 years of experience in managing fine dining or high-end restaurants, preferably with a background in premium Chinese cuisine.

Proven experience in handling premium seafood operations (e.g., abalone, shark fin, and live seafood management).

Strong knowledge of cost management, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost control.

Experience in franchise operations is a plus.

Proficient in English; Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an advantage for better customer engagement.

Proficient in restaurant management systems, including POS platforms, reservation systems, and inventory tracking software.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Description
Restaurant Operations & Compliance

Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Enforce strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, hygiene standards, and franchise compliance requirements.

Implement and monitor fine dining service protocols to maintain high-end brand identity.
-
Oversee VIP dining services, ensuring excellence in private dining rooms, banquet events, and elite guest experiences.

Evaluate kitchen operations and dish preparation standards to ensure consistency and top-tier quality.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
2. Marketing & Brand Development

Collaborate with the marketing team to activate premium promotions, seasonal menus, and exclusive events.

Manage the restaurant’s public image, including social media presence and PR engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, luxury tour operators, and high-net-worth individuals to drive premium traffic.
3. Human Resource Management

Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing service and kitchen team.

Conduct daily pre-shift briefings, aligning team priorities for VIP bookings and special occasions.

Implement performance evaluations, coaching, and team-building initiatives to sustain high morale.

Mediate internal conflicts and foster a respectful, disciplined work culture.
4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure VIP and high-spending guest satisfaction by delivering personalized, discreet service.

Develop and manage loyalty programs to retain elite clientele.

Train staff in refined Chinese dining etiquette, including tea service, plate presentation, and banquet protocols.

Monitor customer reviews and feedback, proactively resolving concerns.
5. Financial Oversight & Cost Control

Manage P&L, monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to maximize operational profitability.

Control inventory and supplier relationships, including procurement of luxury ingredients (e.g., abalone, shark fin).

Implement strategic budgeting plans to increase revenue while sustaining service excellence.

Coordinate with franchise leadership to meet financial goals and operational KPIs.
