Description
Leasing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy aligned with the TTP’s positioning and commercial objectives.
- Support the curation of a balanced, aspirational brand ecosystem combining international names with high-quality local concepts.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Prepare leasing forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure leasing strategy supports the TTP’s renovation and repositioning milestones.
Tenant Acquisition & Negotiation
- Source, approach, and negotiate with local and international brands for available retail spaces.
- Manage lease renewals, re-leasing, and terminations to optimize revenue.
- Prepare and review Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease agreements with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Design & Fit-Out).
- Work efficiently with third-party real estate agencies to identify, approach, and secure potential tenants while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Tenant Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support throughout the leasing lifecycle.
- Ensure all tenants comply with lease terms, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular meetings with tenants to gather feedback and ensure alignment with mall objectives.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire the leasing team to achieve performance targets and business objectives.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor results, and support continuous learning and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration within the department.
- Partner closely with related teams to align leasing strategies with overall commercial goals and activation plans.
Market & Brand Development
- Build and maintain networks with potential brands, retail groups, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging retail trends and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- Represent TTP at relevant trade fairs and events to enhance brand visibility.
Reporting, Documentation & Others
- Ensure all leasing records, contracts, and reports are accurate and up to date.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Line Manager to support overall departmental objectives.
