In December, Louis Nguyen and Phillip Nguyen, two Vice Presidents - Project Development of IPPG were honored to receive the Sao Do award for the 100 most outstanding young entrepreneurs in 2017 in Hanoi.

Louis Nguyen and Phillip Nguyen are two prominent businessmen who have been playing as an important role in IPPG such as building strategy, setting the vision and planning to bring top-World fashion brands and world-renowned fast-food brands to their hometown besides big-scale project to improve national aviation quality.

Both IPPG Vice Presidents believe that staff is the foundation for the growth of an organization. Therefore, Louis Nguyen and Phillip Nguyen have a long-term vision and belief in building corporate culture, focusing on employee benefits and actively seeking talents for further development.

Sao Do - Vietnam Young Entrepreneur Award is a noble award organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in order to award excellent entrepreneurs for contribution to the socio-economic development of the country, a role model for young entrepreneurs and young people to follow.

This award is a result of effort of both young entrepreneurs Louis Nguyen and Phillip Nguyen after years of dedication to the IPPG, contributing to the group's growth, becoming one of the retail groups in Vietnam.
