IPPG Sponsoring Da Lat University Established AI Center

IPPG sponsored Da Lat University to establish the Center for Education and Training of Artificial Intelligence with the purpose of training, career orientation for young people, and generating high-quality human resources.
Mr. William Hieu Nguyen, Deputy General Director of IPPG Business Development, was present and cut the ribbon to officially open the AI Center.
On May 7, Da Lat University opened the Artificial Intelligence Center (AIC) located at Da Lat University.
The ceremony was attended by IPPG representative, Mr. William Hieu Nguyen - Deputy General Director of IPPG Business Development; Mr. Tran Viet Hung – Former Deputy Chief of Office of the Party Central Committee; Mr. Vu Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of Science, Technology and Environment Department - Ministry of Education and Training; Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh - Chairman of the Council of Da Lat University; Mr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector of Lac Hong University and leaders of departments and branches of Lam Dong province.
The Leading AI Training And Applied Research Center in The Central Highlands Region
At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Vinh, Chairman of the Council of Da Lat University, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to IPPG for their invaluable assistance and sponsorship. Especially the IPPG's Chairman, Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, who is also an alumnus of the university.

Dr. Nguyen Van Vinh also stated that with the support of the IPPG and the attention of leaders from the Ministry of Education and Training, AIC Da Lat University will operate effectively and sustainably, contributing to Da Lat University becoming the leading AI training and applied research center in the Central Highlands region. This will be the location where AI human resources will be selected, trained, and supplied, efficiently serving the digital transformation of Lam Dong province, the Central Highlands region, and the country.

Mr. William Hieu Nguyen, Deputy General Director of IPPG Business Development, stated during the ceremony that AIC's goal is to help students achieve their ambitions of becoming AI talents; AI specialists; and to create a foundation to enable Vietnamese workers escape the middle-income trap. By educating and bringing AI to life, close economic-technological ties help Vietnam keep up with the pace of technology development and the global economy.

Da Lat University AIC, with its cutting-edge technology, is the second center (after AIC at Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City) in the country's strategic chain of artificial intelligence education development. This is the Central Highlands' s research, application, and major artificial intelligence training facility.
