Top Leaders Co-Chair the Forum on Higher Education, Science & Technology and Innovation - IPPTech Pioneers the STEM AI Robotics Ecosystem

On the occasion of the State Visit to China (April 14–17, 2026) by General Secretary and State President To Lam, Mr. William Hieu Nguyen, Founder & CEO of IPPTech, led the company as part of a delegation of leading Vietnamese educational institutions and technology enterprises in Beijing. The visit marked a strong contribution to the nation's strategy for advancing high-tech education.

On the afternoon of April 14, 2026, Tsinghua University hosted the Vietnam–China Forum on Cooperation in Higher Education, Science & Technology and Innovation, co-organized by the Ministries of Education of both countries. The forum was honored by the attendance of General Secretary and State President To Lam and General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, who both delivered important keynote speeches. The two leaders agreed that science, technology, innovation and digital transformation are a new pillar of bilateral relations, with education, training and the development of high-quality human resources as the "top priority among priorities," focusing in particular on artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, robotics and automation.

Embracing this national strategic vision set by the two countries' top leaders, CEO William Hieu Nguyen attended the forum as the head of a pioneering education technology company. Under his leadership, IPPTech reaffirms its mission and strong commitment to building the STEM AI Robotics ecosystem, taking artificial intelligence beyond theory and directly into teaching and hands-on practice, and helping equip Vietnam's young generation for the digital era.

Also during the high-level visit, CEO William Hieu Nguyen and the delegation toured UBTECH's Humanoid Robot Data Collection Center and Humanoid Robot Pilot Production Center in Beijing. The visit further reflects the clear vision and proactive approach of IPPTech's leadership in continually building connections and bringing the world's most advanced education technology and intelligent robotics solutions to serve Vietnam's innovation ecosystem.
