Thereby helping female entrepreneurs take specific actions to proactively prevent and have timely and appropriate solutions when there are mental health problems according to the motto "prevention is better than cure".

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Founder and President of WeLead - WeLead Pioneering Women Leaders Network said: “WeLead was established in 2022 with the mission of promoting and elevating female entrepreneurs and female-owned businesses through positive change, cooperation and creativity.

Since 2023, WeLead has focused on the field of mental health care for female entrepreneurs. WeLead focuses on the awareness that the mental health of female entrepreneurs is in great need of attention and proactive care, especially in the context of the instability of the global economic crisis, the impact of climate change, epidemics and armed conflicts taking place in the world”.

The program contributes to the implementation of gender equality policies and enhances women's economic empowerment, and is a solution to directly support female entrepreneurs in improving their knowledge and understanding of mental health, proactively caring for, proactively screening, identifying, and controlling emotions to overcome pressure and stress, as well as providing addresses for consultation, therapy, psychologists, and specialists licensed by the State.

Ms. Le Hong Thuy Tien, President of IPPG emphasized: “Mental health is extremely important for female entrepreneurs. With the dual role of both running a business and taking care of the family, mental health will affect the working environment, work performance, and family harmony.

Providing knowledge, updating information on mental health, and guiding female entrepreneurs to proactively and effectively prevent it is one of IPPG's priorities at the present time”.
