IPPG Chairman and Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund prepped for a new school year

Shared the same happiness with millions of other students in Vietnam, thousands of students from Ngo Thoi Nhiem primary, middle school and high school (District 9) has enthusiastically welcomed the new school year. Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen - IPPG Chairman, also Vice President of “For the Beloved Hoang Sa, Truong Sa ” Club has been invited to the first day of a new school year.

Ngo Thoi Nhiem primary, middle school and high school has founded and developed since 1997. Majority of the students came from different regions of Vietnam, 50% of the students are stay-in. “For the beloved Hoang Sa, Truong Sa” Club has founded Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, with the purpose to award scholarships for ambitious, underprivileged students from faraway regions. This scholarship fund was and is funded by many individuals, organizations, and the public. From 2014, Ngo Thoi Nhiem primary, middle school and high school had along with Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund financed 36 excellent students from 6th to 12th grade - which their parents are fishermen, soldiers working at faraway islands.

Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen - representative of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund has visited the Board of Directors, teachers along with students on the occasion of the start of the new school year.

At the ceremony, Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen has represented Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund to award the picture of “Vietnamese Dong Son Drums” for the representative of the school - Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Vinh, President of Ngo Thoi Nhiem School.

Students - children of fishermen and soldiers financed by the School and Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund - with Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen and Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Vinh - President of the school.

“Many years Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund has organized various activities for politics, social, call for donations from local and overseas Vietnamese. I hope these contributions will motivate underprivileged students to perfecting themselves, helping the country’s future.”  - IPPG Chairman, Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen shared.

That is to say, IPPG and Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen are always gave their best for social activities, with the purpose to share difficulties and raise awareness of good values and bring practical benefits to the community.
