At the invitation of VCCI, businesswoman Le Hong Thuy Tien - CEO of IPPG spoke at the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum 2024 with the theme: Women mastering the era of dual transformation. She emphasized that in the new era full of changes, women are an important factor in creating balance, stability and development.

On November 7, in Hanoi, more than 150 delegates from ministries, embassies, international organizations, business associations and female entrepreneurs attended the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum 2024 to share and discuss the role of female entrepreneurs and female business leaders in the journey of "dual transformation". The forum was organized by the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council under the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Asia Foundation.

At the Forum, speakers shared about the “dual transformation” trend in the Vietnamese and global economies, the role and spirit of women’s business leadership in the context of green transformation and digital transformation; experiences in practicing tools and policies on diversity and inclusion in businesses to promote the potential to enhance women’s leadership position in businesses.

Representatives of international organizations and businesses shared and discussed programs, initiatives and solutions to support women-owned businesses to improve their green transformation and digital transformation capacity and ensure information security of businesses in the current context.
