Welcome new routes, new countries
Recently, a Korean airline has opened 2 direct flights from Incheon to Cam Ranh International Airport. Also, Khanh Hoa Province cooperated with Cam Ranh International Airport to honor the 10 millionth and 3.5 millionth visitor of Cam Ranh International Airport in 2019.

In the past year, Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa has welcomed 209.000 Korean visitors, increase 257% compared to 2018. According to Department of Tourism, the number of passengers increased rapidly due to many direct flights connecting to Khanh Hoa.

There are currently 4 Vietnamese airlines (Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Jetstar Pacific, Bamboo Airways) are operating 7 domestic routes at Cam Ranh International Airport. Especially, 21 international airlines and 4 Vietnamese airlines operating 80 international routes, connecting Khanh Hoa with 7 countries and regions including Russia, China, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong, …
Therefore, visitors of Cam Ranh has rapidly rise to 6.45 million. In 2019, there are 34.956 flights, marked a year of resounding success. This is also one of the crucial factors which stimulate Cam Ranh tourism growth, attract international visitors, creating a significant impact on the world map.
Achieved many prestigious awards
On March 25th, 2019 Vietnam National Architecture Award 2018 announced winners and Cam Ranh International Terminal won 2 categories: Silver Architecture and The most favorite architecture voted by community. This has marked an impressive achievement of the project invested by IPPG & Partners with total capital up to VND 4,000 billion. The award was established by Prime Minister and the government and handed over to Vietnam Association of Architects, Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Ever since the grand-opening, Cam Ranh International Terminal has captured a lot of attention for its distinguishing shape inspired by Salagane’s nest – an icon of Khanh Hoa province and every little detail inside.
Since the beginning of the construction, the investors considered of the potential of functional expansion to meet the increasing need in the future. Consequently, the whole area and structure of the roof were designed to be able to expanded later and easy to adapt with changes and limit effect to the environment due to the construction.
Recently, Cam Ranh International Terminal is honored to be TOP 5 Finalists of Routes Asia 2019 Marketing Awards nominated by over 200 airports and 100 airlines.
Chairman of CRTC - Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, is an entrepreneur who started his career with the aviation industry. He served as a financial inspector for the United States-based Boeing Company, so he has a lot of experience in the field of business & investment.
