I want to exchange my product I bought at your shop – is it possible?
• All unused, unrepaired and unwashed items along with the original sale receipt can be exchanged within 3 to 7 days of purchase according to the exchange policy of each brand. The labels must be attached to the merchandise and the original receipt must be presented. Without any receipts, we have a NO REFUND Policy. The Returns Policy of each of our brands is unique.

• On-sale items cannot be exchanged in any cases.
I want to get a refund on my last purchase – what is the process?
• We do not offer refunds for any of our brands.
You will be granted an exchange if your return an item(s) that is unused, unrepaired and unwashed within 3 to 7 days from the date of purchase. For more details please visit the shop you bought the product at.
Can I buy products online?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer online purchase. Please visit our stores to buy your favorite products.
