- Bachelor’s degree.

- Having analyzing, negotiating, communicating and contracting skills.
- Having communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having management skill (manage display & operations practices effectively).
- Honesty, integrity, carefulness.
- Ability to work under high pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Graphic software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Office software (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Problem solving skill: Ability to define, analyze different type of problems and know how to handle promptly, effectively.
- Promote Teamwork: Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers; handle interpersonal conflict effectively

Responsibility
- Delegate work accordingly to Visual Merchandising Supervisors and Artists level with guidance and motivation by:
- Imparting project in details to keep the qualities of the displaying, designing and decorating plans
- Setting up detailed objectives for the direct reports to meet the display deadline
- Examining and evaluating the project to ensure the predetermined progress
- Work closely with Marketing on all promotions and daily functions of Visual Marketing by:
- Frequently communicating with the team to acknowledge the new execution projects
- Asking for approval for all Visual Creative work before execution on the floor
- Implementing ideas in the store by:
- Working closely with the team to brainstorm new proposed ideas
- Working closely with the Advertising and Promotion Department for new proposed ideas
- Monitoring and making sure all works are executed well in the store by:
- Regularly checking the display and decoration of the Department Store to make sure everything of good aesthetic standards
- Making sure styling of mannequins is up to date and maintains the standards
- Investigating the quality assurance during and after the implementation period
- Monitoring general maintenance by:
- Determining what needs to be maintained and get approval for maintenance from Visual Merchandising Department
- Monitoring the maintenance, upgrading and alternation for those places/ works that are determined to be fixed
- Train and develop staff by:
- Appraising the staff to find out the training needs
- Together with the training staff, initially and periodically implementing necessary class-room training and on-the-job training courses for staff
- Offering counseling sessions for staff in need
