Description

- Working hours: flexible with 8,5 hours per day and 5 days per week

Responsibility

  • HR management: Recruit, train and supervise all staffs to make sure that they are able to deliver company expected outcomes
  • Sales management: Supervise sales team, provide necessary supports, work out sales forecast, propose ideas and solve problems to reach sales targets
  • Stocks management: Set up working procedures and controlling mechanism to prevent shrinkage, lost, quality issues…Working closely with Purchasing and Product team in HCM to ensure sufficient supplies
  • Merchandising: Ensure sales team follow merchandising guidelines
  • Building relationships with business partners, ensure collaboration is smooth and effective
