Description

I. Role Overview

  • The Executive Assistant to BOD – Commercial is a strategic position that supports the IPPG Executive Board in analyzing, coordinating, and implementing multi-sector investment and commercial development initiatives.
  • This role acts as the key bridge between the Executive Board and member companies, ensuring alignment in growth strategy and commercial performance across three core sectors: Aviation Commerce, Fashion & Retail (Luxury & Mid-tier), and F&B.
  • The ultimate goal is to optimize investment efficiency, maximize business potential, and drive sustainable growth across the entire IPPG ecosystem.

II. Key Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data from member companies, including revenue, expenses, profit, EBITDA, ROI, KPI, and P&L.
  • Evaluate market trends, operational performance, and commercial efficiency across sectors.
  • Develop analytical dashboards and management reports to support Executive decision-making.

Strategic Planning & Decision Support

  • Collaborate with business units to develop annual investment and business plans.
  • Analyze feasibility, efficiency, and risk of projects; propose investment, partnership, or restructuring solutions.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for submission to the Executive Board / Board of Directors regarding strategic projects, transactions, and market expansion initiatives.

Commercial & Investment Performance Management

  • Serve as the liaison between the Executive Board and member companies to ensure alignment on corporate commercial objectives.
  • Consolidate, draft, and present executive reports, meeting minutes, and strategic materials.
  • Attend or represent the Executive Board in meetings, conferences, or negotiations with domestic and international partners when assigned.
