  • Experience required:
    1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
      • Lead training need analysis activity across functions
      • Challenge and advise line managers on the core needs of training
      • Analyze and report on TNA results
    2. Training Design and Delivery
      • Set up training strategy, training policy at company level using present and future business needs, competitive analysis, technology trends and internal competencies for winning
      • Develop annual training plan, training budget based on cross functions TNA results and to be in-lining with training strategy
      • Effectively negotiates with external training providers to ensure cost effective program delivery
      • Monitor training database, training materials
      • Evaluate and monitor various sources of qualified training providers
      • Co-operate with internal and external trainers to conduct effective training program
    3. Training Evaluation 
      • Conduct and review training evaluations right after completing training program.
      • Co-ordinate with department heads to evaluate staff’s performance progress within 3 months after completing training program
      • Evaluate return on training investment
      • Evaluate the quality impact and effectiveness of all training interventions and makes improvements where necessary
    4. Employee Evaluation
      • Review periodically performance management system of the company
      • Monitor and continuous improve the whole performance management system throughout the organization [setting IW&DP, monitoring the outcomes and appraising the performance results]
      • Pro-actively consult department heads to optimize performance management process [setting performing objectives at right levels, identifying and confronting performance issues and recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance]
    5. Employee Development
      • Monitor and maintain development assessment center
      • Lead assessment activities and complete assessment reports
      • Review career path, succession planning processes
      • Conduct succession planning review across functions
      • Advise and co-ordinate with department heads to design appropriate development programs for high performing staff
      • Follow up with department heads staff’s development plans
      • Driven for healthy talent pipeline for whole company
      • Follow other assignments from HRM/HRD
  • Certificate:
    1. Qualification
      • Bachelor Degree from an accredited University
      • Already at the same position with at least 2-4 years experiences in training and development
      • Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
      • Proficient in training, employee performance and development best practice, Vietnamese labor code
    2. Skills
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
      • Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
      • Good presentation and persuasive skill
      • Good at capability building skill
    3. Language
      • English – Fluency
    4. Computer
      • Familiar with MS Office

  1. Purpose
    • Lead operations of training and development function of Human Resources Department.
    • Provide strategic inputs to develop best practice in training and manpower development to address current and future development needs.
    • Develop and effectively manage training and development budget
    • Evaluates the quality impact and effectiveness of all training interventions and makes improvements where necessary.
    • Manage career development process to ensure healthy talent pipeline
