    I. Role Overview

    • The General Manager (GM) of Outlet Villages is fully responsible for leading the development and operations of IPPG’s Factory, Mid-Tier, and Premium Outlet Villages in Vietnam, ensuring each outlet meets international standards – covering everything from development strategy, brand acquisition, and P&L management to delivering a world-class customer experience.

    II. Key Responsibilities

    Development Stage

    • Formulate strategies, market positioning, and development concepts for Outlet Villages.
    • Oversee feasibility studies, financial models, and ROI analysis to support investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with international consultants on design and master planning.
    • Develop category strategies; attract and negotiate with global and domestic brands.
    • Manage relationships with partners, consultants, and investors to align with IPPG’s strategic goals.
    • Monitor CAPEX, project milestones, and provide direct reports to the CEO of IPPG.

    Operational Stage

    • Oversee full P&L management of the outlet.
    • Lead leasing, brand relations, retail, marketing, finance, and customer experience operations.
    • Build and lead a cross-functional management team.
    • Implement marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
    • Ensure operational standards are aligned with international benchmarks.
    • Identify and drive opportunities to expand the outlet portfolio.
