About the Role

  • As a Store/ Retail Manager, you will be the end-to-end owner of managing, optimizing, and scaling the category of Apple products and related accessories. You will be at the center of eDigi Retail organization to grow our business from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the best assortment of products for our customers. Maintaining adequate inventory in store.
  • Optimize item and category pricing, providing competitive pricing for our customers. Manage product margins and benchmark competitors.
  • Conduct regular analysis of category performance, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities. Work with cross functional teams (across marketing, finance, supply chain) to execute initiatives to optimize category performance.
  • Lead key initiatives and demand generation projects including those of trade marketing, digital marketing and store activations to maximize category sales
  • Responsible for the overall business performance of the Apple retail outlet, including managing its daily operational activities.
  • Responsible for the ASP (Apple Service Provider) operation.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the retail sales team to drive sale, deliver quality customer service, and achieve business effectiveness in store operations.
  • Conduct regular sales and gross profit review with the sales and marketing team.
  • Maintain strong relations with customers, suppliers and brand principals.
  • Evaluate store employee’s performance in accordance with the Key Performance Index (KPI).
  • Provide on-the-job training and orientation to new employees on the necessary technical and sales knowledge.
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments
  • Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

Responsibility

  • To be successful in this role, candidate will need to demonstrate that they can drive competitive advantage through comprehensive category management, strategic planning and promotional activities that excite the market.
  • A current retail manager, with at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong retail background in consumer electronic products. Experience in an Apple Premium Reseller and Apple Service Provider preferable
  • Able to lead, train and motivate a team of high-achieving salespeople and understand the demands of running a retail business with proven track record.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Good business acumen and people-oriented.
  • High level of interpersonal and persuasion skills
