Description
JOB OVERVIEW
- Review design drawings from the investor and coordinate with contractors to implement technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates, draft technical specifications (Specs), and participate in bidding processes.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Supervise and inspect construction quality and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Identify, assess, and resolve site-related issues during construction.
- Prepare documentation and reports on construction progress and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement construction methods, technical procedures, and safety measures at the site.
- Coordinate construction schedules on-site; proactively propose and execute corrective actions or adjustments when necessary; maintain a detailed daily construction logbook.
- Develop construction plans, methods, and timelines, and align with contractors and internal teams; coordinate with subcontractors and approve their construction methods.
- Conduct site surveys, review and understand all technical requirements of the project to ensure construction complies with approved designs; propose solutions to the design or technical team if discrepancies arise.
- Inspect product specifications and quality at manufacturing workshops to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical requirements, and quantity standards.
- Monitor compliance with procedures, regulations, and immediately report or suspend any violations or deficiencies identified during construction.
- Supervise the production progress of workshops, material delivery timelines, subcontractor work, and on-site installation schedules.
- Oversee the quality of materials, equipment, and installation work for the project, ensuring alignment with approved scope, technical standards, and schedule requirements.
- Work with the Project Management Unit or the Investor’s representatives to execute construction activities on-site. Represent the company in direct communications with the Investor/Client to address all issues or incidents under the direction of the Board of Directors.
- Organize and manage acceptance and handover at each stage of construction, including final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and equipment protection standards at the site.
- Establish site regulations and internal rules consistent with the Investor’s requirements, project management guidelines, and company policies.
