- Capability to design AI-integrated research pipelines to accelerate information processing and enhance analytical depth.
- Strong awareness of AI risks such as hallucination, bias, and data limitations, with the ability to control and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Ability to select and combine multiple AI tools effectively for different analytical tasks rather than relying on a single platform.

Description
Role Overview:
- The Senior Strategy Analysis & Execution Specialist is responsible for directly supporting and reporting to the Deputy CEO – Strategy in researching, developing, and implementing key strategic initiatives of the Group.
- This is not a purely research-based role. The candidate is expected to demonstrate innovative thinking, independent critical reasoning, and a strong willingness to participate in the practical implementation of projects originating from the research process.
- The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, deep analytical capability, and the ability to apply technology—particularly AI—into work processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively propose research directions, strategic hypotheses, analytical frameworks, and creative approaches to solve Group-level strategic challenges.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses; develop comparative models, evaluation frameworks, and forecasting models to support executive decision-making.
- Translate data and research findings into highly actionable strategic insights, accompanied by clear implementation roadmaps.
- Participate directly in or lead the execution of strategic projects when assigned.
- Develop financial models, conduct competitive analysis, evaluate market dynamics, and build growth scenarios.
- Validate, challenge, and stress-test key assumptions before presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare strategic reports and executive-level presentation decks with clear structure, strong logic, and persuasive communication.
