Description

  • Be responsible for recruiting employees for the company
  • Communicating with Departments Line Manager and Branches to ensure recruitment timely and integrate with hiring plan
  • Preparing the administration & recruitment activities such as advertising, searching, screening CVs, short list CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interview, and preparing interview documents and others follow-up actions until the recruitment process is completed
  • Ensuring that the weekly recruitment planning as well as other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner
  • Building candidate database
  • Developing good relations with recruitment partners
  • Other HR tasks

Responsibility

  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 2 – 3 years in recruitment
  • Proficient in recruitment procedures, interview tools/ evaluation/negotiation in recruitment
  • Good communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional manner, initiative
  • Able to work under high pressure environment and multi tasking
