- Strong English communication skills and ability to read technical documentation fluently (mandatory requirement for working with international partners).
- Strong presentation skills—able to communicate complex technical solutions logically, professionally, and persuasively.
- Excellent ability to work independently; proactive in identifying and solving problems with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Project management skills and the ability to coordinate and connect cross-functional teams effectively (Sales, R&D, Training, Marketing).
- Certificate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related engineering fields.

Description
A. ROLE:
- Play a strategic role in product direction and development. The Product Manager – Humanoid Robotics is responsible for leading the commercialization of advanced humanoid robot lines (UBTECH, AGIBOT, Unitree, etc.) in the Vietnam market.
- The core objective of this position is to drive the presence of the Humanoid ecosystem in the B2B segment (especially Higher Education and Research Institutes) through research, solution packaging, and directly leading the integration of Artificial Intelligence software (especially Vietnamese Natural Language Processing) onto hardware platforms.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth research on the technical architecture, APIs/SDKs, and scalability of humanoid robot lines from strategic partners (UBTECH, AGIBOT, Unitree, etc.).
- Assess feasibility and select optimal robot models to support teaching, research, and practical applications at universities/colleges.
- Design and package end-to-end solutions including: robot hardware platforms, integrated AI software, and a documentation/research curriculum system.
- Lead requirements analysis and work closely with the R&D team/technology partners to integrate Vietnamese AI models (NLP, LLMs, voice recognition, computer vision) into the robot operating system.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new humanoid product lines.
- Act as a Product Expert, accompanying the B2B Sales team in presentations, consultations, and deep technical solution demos for university boards, deans/department heads, and academic experts.
- Coordinate with the Training department to develop technology transfer documentation and advanced-level operating procedures/guidelines.
