Description
1. Department Operations
- Manage and oversee partnership and institutional client development activities for UBTech in the education sector.
- Coordinate, implement, and provide training on product knowledge and sales skills to IPPTech's sales staff.
- Collaborate in planning, executing, and supervising sales teams in implementing business plans; monitor progress toward individual sales targets at UBTech and the overall distribution system.
- Develop, submit for approval, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans (including required tasks, necessary resources, and expected revenue).
- Organize and supervise customer care activities within the department; manage customer data systems.
2. Company Clients & Partners
- Represent UBTech at product exhibitions, sales events, and during transactions with sales partners.
- Manage and expand market trends and propose strategic responses to UBTech’s Senior Operations Manager in reaction to competitor movements to ensure growth targets are met.
- Resolve business-related issues in coordination with other departments and fulfill assigned market development tasks to ensure IPPTech's business interests.
- Conduct market research activities to build and refine the company’s target customer base.
3. Responsibilities
- Manage, build, and directly support relationships with institutional clients and schools.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to expand distribution channels.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, setting targets, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
- Identify potential markets and monitor market changes; stay updated on competitors and new product developments.
4. Additional Support
- Participate in and coordinate with the AI Base team to organize events, workshops, and conferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve business-related issues.
- Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences related to business development activities.
Responsibility
- The Partnership Development Manager is responsible for approaching and developing institutional and school customer channels through strategic partners, while enhancing brand value and expanding market share.
- Ensure the company’s sales targets are met as planned.
- Building a strong partner network, maintaining long-term relationships, and delivering partner care in alignment with IPPTech’s strategic direction.
