- Strong understanding of urban planning standards, technical infrastructure, transportation systems, and environmental requirements.
- Solid knowledge of planning regulations, land-use policies, urban development frameworks, and real estate investment regulations.
- Ability to develop spatial models, analyze planning data, and assess environmental, social, and economic impacts.
- Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, consultants, and government authorities.
- Creative mindset and strategic thinking in urban planning and urban development.
- Willingness to travel as required by the job.

Description
I. Role Overview
- Responsible for implementing urban planning, architectural, and landscape planning activities for the Company’s investment projects.
- Support the Project Management Department Manager in organizing and monitoring the planning process and investment procedures in alignment with the Management Board’s strategic direction.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. General Responsibilities
- Be accountable to the Deputy General Director of the Investment Division / Project Management Department Manager and comply with legal requirements for all planning documents and assigned tasks within the project scope.
2. Detailed Responsibilities by Project Phase
a. Project Preparation Phase
- Conduct site surveys and propose overall planning concepts for projects through analytical and conceptual reports.
- Consolidate planning and architectural ideas from the perspective of project investment and market conditions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop initial design directions, planning concepts, and preliminary technical parameters for projects.
- Develop planning and architectural concept requirements for new investment projects.
- Search for and select design consultants; review and manage the quality of consultant deliverables and drawings.
- Collaborate with consultancy firms in developing planning concepts, urban planning dossiers, and investment project proposals under assigned project categories.
- Support the preparation of documentation for investment proposal submission and approval.
- Assist with legal procedures and project documentation related to planning and architecture.
- Support administrative procedures, payment processes, and contract documentation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Deputy General Director of the Investment Division / Project Management Department Manager.
b. Project Implementation Phase
Permitting
- Support communication and coordination with specialists from government departments and external partners to ensure completion of all planning- and architecture-related legal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to finalize project legal requirements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist in preparing prequalification documents, investment proposals, and other required procedures for project development.
Design Management Support
- Participate in developing design guidelines for Planning – Architecture – Landscape.
- Review and control design documentation throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate with design teams and relevant departments to transform conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings for project master plans, architectural works, and planning layouts.
c. Responsibilities Across All Phases
- Manage, review, and verify the quality and progress of deliverables from consulting units.
- Closely monitor consultants' work and promptly report any issues, obstacles, or risks that may affect the quality or progress of the project.
