Description

I. Responsibilities

  • IPP Travel Retail is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function, supporting the growth and operations of our duty free retail business across major international airports in Vietnam. This role is key to build a high performance organization by developing people strategies, managing recruitment, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and retail operational demands.

II. Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Organization Development

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, especially in retail and airport environments.
  • Support organizational growth plans through workforce planning and manpower optimization.
  • Champion company culture and values across all locations and functions.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead endto-end recruitment for duty paid retail operations, including frontline staffs, warehouse, administrative, and management roles.
  • Develop onboarding programs tailored to airport retail operations, ensuring fast and effective integration of new hires.

Performance Management & Development

  • Implement performance management systems and KPI tracking tailored for retail and operations roles.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning C development programs for staffs.
  • Work closely with business leaders to support career progression and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain a healthy and compliant working environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring labor law adherence.
  • Develop internal communications and employee engagement initiatives suitable for a fastpaced, customer-facing business.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and labor contracts.
  • Benchmark and structure competitive compensation packages for retail and corporate teams.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, data, and reporting tools.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR policies comply with Vietnamese labor laws, airport regulations, and internal standards.
  • Prepare for and support labor inspections, audits, and license renewals where required.
