Description

  • Support to Manager to prepare the appropriate templates to prepare the budget by all concerned departments.
  • Consolidating the data for budget presentation and develop Budget / Forecasting.
  • Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process.
  • Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget constraint.
  • Prepare budget report, analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts, rendering advice to the Leader to undertake proper financial planning and decision making. 
  • Responsible on Cost/Benefit analysis in areas like Margin, Operation Cost & Overhead Cost.
  • Support to manager to build the Financial model for new investment and indicate the key finance factor to deal with Vendor to ensure Project is Feasible.

Responsibility

  • Graduated from University or higher Major in finance and accounting, foreign trade
  • Minimum 3 years in the position of Head of Accounting or Finance Department, playing a key role in building equitized Financial PA
  • Experience in Financial, Accounting and Supply Management.
  • Independent experience of making monthly tax reports, tax finalization and tax refunds.
  • Experience in working in Trading, Service, Import and Export Company; trading / trading many products
  • Good at accounting profession, mastering and regularly updating relevant Laws.
  • Prioritize skills to build systems, work according to goals, manage people
  • Honest, careful, persistent and demanded, love accounting; progressive, withstand high pressure. Priority has the ability to lead and manage
  • Good at Excel, giving priority to experience using professional accounting software
  • Experience using professional accounting software.
  • Skills of presenting, communicating, analyzing, writing good newsletters;
  • Good skills in using office computing;
  • Prefer good candidates for good English communication and practice certificate.
