Description
- Initiate, plan and write content for landing pages, social media, promotional banners, email campaigns, online advertising, and SEO.
- Research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit offline and online content
- Write content that achieves strategic goals and increases conversion rates
- Collaborate on the development of content style guides, content and messaging strategies, best practices and processes.
- Use creativity to develop web, marketing and brand materials that position a competitive advantage for the company
- Translate business goals into clear, engaging and actionable content
- Actively monitor industry and competitive trends in the marketplace
- Work with other departments as needed to brainstorm concepts and coordinate content creation and ensure the content strategy is effectively implemented across channels.
- Partner with other writers within the group to leverage and share ideas and make recommendations that apply broadly across multiple channels.
- Ensure copy integrity and quality control
- Ensure online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance.
- Review analytics on an ongoing basis to understand user behaviour to manage and shape content and messaging strategies.
Responsibility
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent English skills, both writing and speaking
- Minimum 4 years' copywriting experience, at least 3 years in writing digital content
- Experience in Restaurant fields and Technology fields are plus
- Experience in SEO is plus
- Experience in using CMS tools for both content publication and performance report are plus
- Knowledge of how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail orientation: pay attention to coherence, structure, grammar, punctuation, etc;
- Interested in continuously learning about the latest platforms, technology tools, and marketing solutions.
