- Experience required:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent position, preferably in retail, commercial properties, or shopping centers.
- Proficient in specialized design software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray (or Corona), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficient in both conversational and technical English. Ability to read, understand, and work with technical documents, drawings, and contracts in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other relevant departments (Building Management, Engineering, Sales, etc.) to implement projects.
- Certificate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ interior design or a related field.
- Expire date: 30 - 11 - 2025
Description
Tenant design coordination:
- Review construction design drawings submitted by tenants to ensure they comply with TTP's design standards and technical requirements.
- Provide design guidance and feedback to tenants to maintain a cohesive and high-quality mall aesthetic.
Project execution & coordination:
- Participate in TTP infrastructure renovation and spatial arrangement projects, from design phase through to material breakdown.
- Coordinate with contractors and other relevant departments to ensure design integrity and technical specifications are met during construction and installation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of work aligns with the approved designs.
Conceptual design & development:
- Develop and prepare lease layout arrangements.
- Develop and design concepts for the interior and exterior decoration of TTP, including seasonal campaigns, events, and common area enhancements.
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and material specifications for all design projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing department on visual merchandising and promotional display designs.
