Description

• Consolidating the data for budget presentation and develop Budget / Forecasting.
• Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process.
• Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget constraint.
• Prepare budget report, analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts, rendering advice to the Leader to undertake proper financial planning and decision making. 
• Responsible on Cost/Benefit analysis in areas like Margin, Operation Cost & Overhead Cost.
• Control Retail price ensure that Gross Margin is align with Budget.
• Control monitor OTB budget on total amount and quantity.
• Analyzing stock data base on trend and recommend to manager to prepare the appropriate OTB budget.
• Control Stock aging and coordinate with Brands on stock clearance plan.

Responsibility

• Background of finance & accounting.
• Min 2 year experiences in the field of costing, cost control for the fashion retail.
• Proactive, Careful, Teamwork player.
• Good analytics and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good at English and strong Excel as well as other office computer skills

• Probation: 2 month
• Time: Hours of operation (8AM to 17h30PM) - Monday - Friday / week
