Description
- Brand Sales Performance.
- Brand P&L Control
- Price Strategy
- Budget OTB PLAN (for BUYING)
- Assortment strategy by door - Inventory Management.
- Customer strategy: CRM and customer profile.
- Marketing Plan (KOL, MACOM, TRADE) and follow-up with Marketing team on the execution.
- Dealing with vendor on GWP, VM Prop, Operating Cost sharing (sales commision, age/slow moving,…)
- Brand Report and Operation KPIs Report (Footfal, % Conversion rate, Quantity, Amount, Transaction, UPT, ATV).
- Operation Management with SM/SA:
- Vendor Product training for store team.
- VM guideline and store refresh.
- Duty Roster arrangement.
- Time sheet
- Comission and Incentive monthly validation
Responsibility
- University graduated with major in Business/ Marketing / Economic / Trade.
- Over 5 years’ experience in Brand, Product Management.
- Priority for candidates with fashion retail.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
- Good command of the English language
