Responsibility
- Maintain and develop relationships with current customers
- Identify potential and targeted customers; actively scan for new customer based on own networks or other sources of information.
- Negotiate pricing, draft quotes, sign contracts.
- Take care and facilitate cooperation with potential customers
- Transact with Merchandising Department on signed orders: order, quality tracking, delivery schedule ….
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time ...
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales activities occur as required and planned.
- Track contract liquidation process.
- Make periodic and ad-hoc reports according to requests of line manager.
