- Understands and comprehends about job activity contract, waging system and knows correct work for correct man, prosperity of employee and training and regulation of law and company policy.
- Comprehends system administration of HR (HRMIS).
- English: Fluent.
- Has ability to develop subordinate (Employee Development: Organizing People, Manager People, Assignment People, Assistant & Motivation People, Appraisal/Reward People).
- Has effective leadership.
- Has negotiation ability.
- Has strategy, has tactics and can build integration in different team of difference.
- Has expertise to solve problem which complicated.

Mô tả
- Work with General Manager of TTP to develop a strategic HR plan that will meet the short term and long term needs of the company.
- Review and update the HR master plan on a regular basis with General Manager of TTP in line with the company’s growth plans.
- Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan by working closing with business unit heads and department managers to understand their human capital requirements to achieve business goals and objectives – short term and long term.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure that right candidates are hired for the right job.
- Maintain a candidate database and work with recruitment consultants that positions are filled in the shortest possible time with the appropriate candidates.
- Oversee compensation program, including bonus structure and policy, to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Direct the administration payroll, social insurance and Group benefit programmers such as health insurance. Evaluate and recommend improvements to the programmers.
- Work with the General Manager of TTP to implement KPIs and Performance Evaluation across the company. Direct and oversee the KPI setting and performance evaluation process.
- Recommend and establish HR related company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and develop the annual HR budget and manpower plans inclusive of compensation, bonus, training and staff welfare etc. for the company.
- Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
- Improve the skill set of the HR team and promote teamwork.
