- Kinh nghiệm:
- Proven experience as Buyer (2-year experience min required) at a well-known retail chain
- Knowledge/ Experience of mobile phone/ consumer electronics/ IT accessories/ Apple products is preferable
- Working knowledge of MS Office and LS Retail systems
- Good at statistics and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics is preferable
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Strong team-work skill

Mô tả
- Manage merchandising of Apple product range including devices and accessories to make sure of adequate stock at store(s)
- Evaluate non-Apple accessory supplier options according to prices, quality etc. and determine the best choices
- Discover and purchase new products and check the quality and popularity of those already on our shelves
- Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company
- Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase
- Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget
- Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust your strategies accordingly
- Forge and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing
- OTB analysis (Best & Worst analysis) & Order control (OC tracking vs PO)
- Monitor Shipment delivery plan (including short-ship/ late shipment/ DOA & Beauty defect tracking & solving)
- Payment management
- RSP data preparation & suggestion
- Monitor Sell-thru
- Stock Allocation - Product master data management, including data collecting and manipulating LS Retail system: PO/ TO upload |
- Cooperating with other stakeholders for solving stock discrepancy
