Mô tả
- To manage user accounts, local servers, backup systems and requirements in accordance to Service Level Agreements.
- To support and manage Computer rooms.
- To support on-site the in-country network (Restaurants and Apple Stores) infrastructure with regards to break-fix and incident management.
- Implement and manage the server equipment including tuning of the operating system for maximum performance.
- To monitor server performance and service availability.
- All Servers, and IT infrastructure equipment is set up when required and is functioning correctly.
- Restaurants and Apple Stores application support, network management on the ground in working with Supplier and IT subsidiaries, and support for all IT infrastructures.
- User satisfaction with system availability.
- Helpdesk service resolutions.
