Position Summary:

• Manages the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversee a variety of order processing functions, ranging from supervising a team of logistics professionals to maintaining positive relations with parcel carriers and monitoring inventories.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of customer orders.
• Reviews the order and authorizes the sales department to package the order.
• Ensure all the ordered products are packaged, verifies that the package is correctly labelled with the customer’s shipping address and dispatches it to the firm’s logistics partner for shipping.
• Instruct a customer service representative to update the customer on the order’s status.
• Ensure that the warehouse has a sufficient amount of products to meet customer needs.
• Organize training programs to help customer service representatives and other fulfillment professionals improve their job skills.

Trách nhiệm

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty (logistic and supply chain management).
• Have at least 3 years in the same position
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
• May give input into developing the budget.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
