- Must have at least 5 years’ experience with e-Commerce
- Experience with various user elicitation techniques
- Familiarity with Agile, lean development methodologies highly preferred
- Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organization skills, and ability to influence others
- Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions
- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details.
- Ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact and communicate ideas including responding to resistance and criticism.
- Team player attitude is mandatory.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated optimism are necessary.
- Project management skills to understand project plans and aid in communication to others are beneficial.

- Responsible for an entire system;
- Product management for E-commerce system
- Discover a system that is usable, feasible and valuable in order to achieve the company objectives
- Support business user
- Provide the development plan for customize features.
- Develop e-commerce sites that offer the best user experience, integrate the best technology and maximize the business value from it
- Responsible for optimizing the eCommerce site
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming errors and user issues, then diagnose the issues and work with the development and/or IT teams to resolve them
- Monitor site performance, detect errors, abnormal activity, or incorrect data and work with appropriate teams to implement corrective actions
