A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or in related fields.
Good command of English in writing & speaking.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in same level position, prefer candidates have experience in Retail industry.
Experience in Sales & Marketing, especially in Digital Marketing/Media online.
Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative.
Good skill of copywriting, translating.
Have experience of digital/ social marketing is an advantage.
Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
Strong reporting skills.
Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.

Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Work with the marketing team, supporting teams in programs to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies, KOL, community
